LegalTech specialist

We are looking for a next-generation LegalTech specialist — a lawyer or IT lawyer who:

• deeply understands the legal nature of cases;

• confidently uses AI and LegalTech tools in daily legal work;

• is capable of building technological solutions for real legal tasks, rather than just “using ChatGPT”.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Analysis and support of legal cases
  (corporate law, regulation, AML, financial and cross-border issues).

• Use and configuration of LegalTech and AI tools for:

  • legal analysis;

  • comparative legal research;

  • preparation of legal positions, memoranda, opinions.

• Building scenarios in which one legal request is processed by multiple AI models/platforms, followed by:

  • aggregation of results;

  • critical evaluation;

  • formation of the final legal conclusion.

• Optimization of legal processes through automation and technological solutions.

• Interaction with lawyers, consultants, and the business team.
