Based on the results of the interview.We are a team engaged in video production: we create commercials, content for social media and YouTube.We are currently looking for a person who will help establish processes and take on some operational tasks.Your responsibilities and qualities:Managing social media (Instagram / TikTok / Linkedin / YouTube).Publishing content and basic editing (if you can — a plus).Writing reports and structuring information.Assisting in organizing projects and tasks.Communication with clients (correspondence, sometimes calls).Searching for information / contractors / references.Generating fresh ideas. Monitoring deadlines and remindersCompleting personal and business tasks of the manager.
Responsibility and systematic approach.
Ability to work independently.
Proficient written Russian (English is a plus).
Basic understanding of social media and content.
Skills in working with Google Docs / Notion / spreadsheets
Communication skills and adequacy.
Desire to grow and develop.
Will be a plus:
Experience in SMM / production / marketing.
Editing skills (CapCut / Premiere Pro, etc.).
Experience working as an assistant or project manager. Understanding trends in TikTok / Reels.
