Task Description:
We are looking for a responsible specialist for daily lead generation through LinkedIn. The main task is to send at least 800 personalized messages per month to potential clients of our digital agency. The goal is to obtain MQL (Marketing Qualified Leads) and transfer SAL (Sales Accepted Leads) to the sales team.
🔹 What needs to be done:
- Sending personalized messages via LinkedIn (invitations are not sent)
- Engaging in dialogue with leads until they are transferred to sales or receive MQL
- Daily reporting: number of messages sent, responses, MQL, SAL
- Entering data into Google Sheet or CRM
🔹 Requirements for the performer:
- Experience in B2B lead generation for at least 1 year
- Knowledge of LinkedIn tools (e.g., Sales Navigator, automation solutions — if used)
- English level — from B1 (for business correspondence)
- Attention to detail, skills in message personalization
- Responsibility and self-organization
🔹 Plus will be:
- Understanding of B2B sales processes and digital marketing
- Experience with CRM systems
- Working with KPIs and result analytics
🔹 Terms of cooperation:
- Format: remote
- Payment: fixed rate + bonuses for MQL/SAL (discussed)
- Duration: long-term cooperation
- Start: immediately after agreement
