We are looking for a targeting specialist to work with the brand Outcore (https://outcore.io/ua/). Our products and services: agency and spend accounts for Google, credit lines, ready-made farm accounts, and related services (moderators, wipes, unbans, etc.). We have been managing Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn for 4 months. We have been testing lead generation for 2 months.
We need leads to the website/Telegram/WhatsApp from clients who need infrastructure for traffic. Markets: Tier-1 (USA, Europe) and Asia.
From you, we expect:
- A plan on how we will set up targeting so that we are not banned on the first day. Development of a strategy to bypass restrictions (the niche is specific, so experience with cloaking or the ability to present the offer in a "white" way is required).
- Setting up advertising campaigns. Setting up the flow of incoming leads (arbitrage teams, media buying agencies, solo buyers, and others).
- Weekly reporting on the cost and quality of leads. Optimization of lead cost during scaling.
