The work on the project, unfortunately, took much longer than expected, and the final software could not be brought to a stable state. Repeated errors occurred, which prevented us from using the product as intended.
The contractor tried hard and constantly made adjustments, but they could not achieve the correct functioning of the software. As a result, the project had to be closed, as the deadlines were exceeded, and the outcome did not meet our expectations.
I hope that in the future the team will improve the development and testing process — there is potential, just more attention needs to be paid to stability and quality.
