We are looking for an experienced specialist in setting up and managing LinkedIn Ads for B2B lead generation.
Shipping Freight Company — an international logistics company (freight forwarder) operating in the areas of Sea, Air, Road, and Multimodal logistics. We exclusively serve B2B clients in Europe, the USA, and international markets. Our product consists of professional logistics services with medium and high ticket sizes, project agreements, and a long decision-making cycle.
Our goal is not just to launch ads, but to build a stable and manageable channel for attracting quality B2B leads through LinkedIn for the sales department. Relevant contacts and business results are important to us, not the number of clicks or impressions.
What needs to be done: you will be responsible for the full cycle of work with LinkedIn Ads — from analyzing the target audience and forming the campaign structure to launching and optimizing ads. Tasks include setting up Sponsored Content and Lead Gen Forms (if necessary — Message / Conversation Ads), precise targeting by job titles, industries, company sizes, and geography, testing hypotheses and offers, optimizing CPL and lead quality, setting up analytics, and preparing regular, clear reporting. Leads are transferred and processed in the Microsoft Dynamics ERP system, so understanding the data transfer process and data quality is important.
Who we are looking for: a specialist with at least 3 years of experience with LinkedIn Ads, with cases of B2B lead generation for professional or complex services. Understanding the specifics of high-value deals and long sales cycles, confident work with Lead Gen Forms, and a systematic and analytical approach to advertising are essential. Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or working with the EU and US markets will be a significant advantage.
Collaboration format: initially, a trial period is possible with the prospect of long-term cooperation. The advertising budget is discussed separately.
