I would estimate the current scope from the document at 20-35 hours - importing contacts, checking the template, upload error, statuses of mailings after Queue + Redis + Worker + Supervisor. I have included 25,000 UAH in the rate and 7 days for the first stage with diagnostics and fixes.
I can come in as a single responsible performer, without inflating the team. Regarding Yii2, API integrations, admin panels, queues, payments, and Telegram bots, the task is specialized. Here’s the nuance - before AI, WayForPay, and the Light / Start / PRO rates, it’s better to check the user model, bots, subscriptions, and queues, otherwise, it’s easy to create patches, and then it’s embarrassing to support them yourself =)
