Good day. As requested - my working rate is 1000 UAH/hour, availability 20-25 hours per week. I would estimate the current scope from the document at 20-35 hours - importing contacts, checking the template, upload error, statuses of mailings after Queue + Redis + Worker + Supervisor. I have included 25,000 UAH in the rate and 7 days for the first stage with diagnostics and fixes.
I can come in as a single responsible performer, without inflating the team. Regarding Yii2, API integrations, admin panels, queues, payments, and Telegram bots, the task is specialized. Here’s the nuance - before AI, WayForPay, and the Light / Start / PRO rates, it’s better to check the user model, bots, subscriptions, and queues, otherwise, it’s easy to create patches, and then it’s embarrassing to support them yourself =)
> The first stage - deploy the project, check the logs, reproduce two issues from the specifications, fix the contact import and the hanging statuses of mailings.
> Next - separately assess AI API, WayForPay, rates, /reg, /search, and Super User BOT Panel. It seems this will already be 80-160 hours, depending on the state of the code.
Questions to make the estimate more accurate:
> Is there access to the repository, staging, Supervisor/Redis logs, and an example import file?
> Are subscriptions and rates already partially in the database, or do they need to be designed from scratch?
