🎯 WE ARE LOOKING FOR OUR OWN — YES, YOU
Are you a creative person who feels like you want something real?
Do you have skills but haven't found a team that works not out of obligation, but out of love?
Read on.
We are a team of 6 creative people who are currently growing from a freelance group into a full-fledged studio. We work on what interests us — from lightweight 2D animation to realistic 3D, including gambling, commercials, SMM, visuals for startups, YouTube, stories, short formats, and complex renders.
We are now looking for a motion designer/animator to strengthen us — not just “on a task,” but as part of a team, with a vibe that makes building the future enjoyable.
---
🛠 What you need to know:
- After Effects: basic confidence, understanding of Graph Editor, keys, effects, flow.
- Ability to work with composition, style, rhythm.
- Not mandatory, but a big plus — experience with 3D (Cinema 4D, Blender).
- Ability to work with references: not copying, but understanding and transforming.
---
💡 What kind of person you are:
- Creative, but not with chaos in your head.
- Attentive, but not absurdly pedantic.
- Someone who can work with others — without ego, with trust.
- Understanding that animation is about both technique and feeling.
- Ready to grow, experiment, and move forward together.
---
🧩 What we offer:
- Format: freelance with the prospect of ongoing collaboration.
- Flexible schedule. Communication via Discord.
- Payment: $5–9/hour, increasing with your skill.
- Payment in $ / USDT / EUR / cookies — as agreed.
- Work “if needed,” which can quickly become “your daily favorite thing.”
- Equipment available — we can provide a computer, tablet, or buy something if you are from Vinnytsia and want to stay with us longer.
- Future-oriented work: studio meetings, brainstorming, the opportunity to influence the final product. Not “done and forgotten,” but “done and proud.”
