Best UI UX Designer for the team High salary

We are looking for a designer with at least 3 years of experience to create UI UX designs followed by layout in Webflow or Framer, taking inspiration from the best websites in the world and creating them ourselves for new projects. Also, work with presentations in Canva / Power Point, work with identity, and create brand books. The ability to work with neural networks and 3D will be a big plus.
