Project description:

Hello! An international marketplace for digital goods, where expert practitioners sell their ready-made business tools, is looking for a lawyer. We need an experienced lawyer for the final audit and adaptation of the existing package of legal policies on the website (Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, etc.).

Main goal: Bring all documents into line with the new model, ensuring full legal compliance and transparency.

Key tasks:

1. Adapt Terms of Use: Simplify tax provisions and update the logic of payments to authors.
2. Create a separate ‘Author Agreement’: Put all the terms and conditions for authors in a separate, clear offer.
3. Update the Privacy Policy: Update the list of third parties (payment systems) and conduct a final check for GDPR compliance.
4. Conduct an audit of other policies (Cookie, Refund, Copyright) for consistency.

Detailed technical specifications will be provided to selected candidates.

Requirements for candidates:

• Experience working with IT companies: Understanding of the specifics of marketplaces.
• In-depth knowledge of GDPR.
• Experience working with international projects (experience with Cyprus would be a big plus).
• English at a level sufficient for writing legal documents.
