Vacancy: Manufacturer Onboarding / Coordination Manager (Freelance)

A European platform that connects Ukrainian manufacturers of weapons, military equipment, dual-use products, technologies, and IT solutions for working with international buyers.
The platform is already launched.
There is a list of manufacturers and a catalog structure.
At this stage, we need a specialist for communication with manufacturers and gathering information about their products.
Tasks
* Communication with manufacturers (email, messengers, calls, online meetings)
* Explanation of what product data is needed and in what format
* Collection and clarification of information regarding products:
* names
* descriptions
* Technical specifications
* areas of application
* photos and accompanying materials (if available)
* Verification and structuring of the received data
* Transfer of the completed information for placement on the platform
Requirements
* Experience in the role of:
* project / account coordinator
* operations manager
* content or catalog manager (B2B)
* Confident written and verbal communication
* Willingness to write and call company representatives
* Attention to detail, systematic approach
* Ability to drive communication to results
Will be a plus
* Experience working with industrial, technological, or technical products
* Understanding of the structure of product technical specifications
* Experience interacting with manufacturers
* English language (for descriptions and communication)
Collaboration format
* Freelance / contract / % from sales of products of Ukrainian manufacturers.
* Remote work
Payment:
* per result (product card/manufacturer)

Complete, accurate, and ready-to-publish data regarding manufacturers' products.
Actual filling of the catalog.
