We are currently looking for an experienced furniture design engineer / cabinet furniture constructor who can prepare a complete manufacturing project for a hallway wardrobe.
Our immediate project is a custom hallway wardrobe, but we are also looking for a long-term cooperation partner. We plan to develop more custom furniture projects in the future, so we are interested in building an ongoing relationship with a reliable constructor.
For this project, we are not looking for interior design or visualization. The overall design has already been decided.
We need a complete production package that will allow us to order cut panels from a board supplier and assemble the furniture ourselves.
The project should include:
- Complete technical drawings
- Detailed drawings of every panel and component
- Cut List
- Edge banding specification
- Drilling and machining drawings
- Assembly drawings
- Complete hardware specification
- Material specification
An important requirement: the project should be designed using Blum hardware (hinges, drawer systems, lift systems and other applicable fittings).
We already have:
- Accurate laser measurements of the room
- Photos of the space
- Reference images of the desired design
- Interior layout ideas
Please let us know:
- Your price for such a project
- Estimated delivery time
- Which software you use (Cabinet Vision, IMOS, Basis, TopSolid Wood, SketchUp, etc.)
- Whether you can provide a sample of a previous manufacturing project (without confidential information)
