ManyChat Specialist (Facebook Messenger) - Payment & Workflow Setup (Long-term)
Project Description:
We are looking for an experienced ManyChat specialist to set up and support commercial chatbots in Facebook Messenger (with a future perspective on Instagram).
This is NOT a task for creating a simple bot for service bookings or support.
We need a person with experience in performance funnels.
What you will need to do:
- Set up and build complex flows in ManyChat
- Work with tags, custom fields, conditions, segmentation, and sequence logic
- Integrate payment/checkout through WebView and webhooks.
- Experience with Keitaro and Binom trackers will be a plus.
- Set up Facebook fan pages and connect Messenger bots
- Test, debug, and optimize configurations
- Participate in scaling and improving existing solutions
- Document basic setup logic and best practices
Requirements:
- Real hands-on experience with ManyChat
- Experience implementing payments and webhook logic
- Understanding of conversion/monetization funnels
- Ability to work independently and propose technical solutions
- English at a level sufficient for working with documentation
