Marketing Manager & SMM

We are looking for a specialist who will be responsible for creating a marketing strategy, managing social media (Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram), and managing advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), as well as working with Trust Pilot. The main goal of the position is lead generation from any traffic sources. We expect optimization of KPIs such as conversions, cost per lead, and reach through testing and implementing effective strategies. The position offers potential growth to the Marketing Team Lead role.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of the marketing strategy
• Creation and management of social media (Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Management of advertising campaigns in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Working with Trust Pilot
• Creation of content plans and creatives, coordination of work with designers and copywriters
• Optimization of KPIs: conversions, cost per lead, reach

We will succeed if you have:

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in lead generation and 2 years in marketing
• Experience in creating marketing campaigns from scratch, testing marketing hypotheses, and analyzing results
• Experience in managing social media (Telegram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram)
• Experience working with Trust Pilot, Facebook Ads, and Google Ads
• Ability to work with analytical tools
• English language proficiency at B2 level or higher
• Analytical thinking and high responsibility
