Marketing Manager
Impero Group — is a concept of men's style that unites Impero Multibrand and Impero Barbers.
🔍 Who we are looking for: marketing manager with experience who understands the connection between CRM, sales, communications, and results. Experience in fashion or e-commerce is welcome.
Employment: full-time, 5/2, from 10:00 to 18:00
Work format (remote/office, specify city): Lviv (hybrid or remote)
Salary: discussed in more detail during the meeting
🎯 Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of marketing activities (promotions, openings, collaborations)
- Management of CRM communications (mailings, segmentation, bonus program)
- Analysis of campaign effectiveness, preparation of reports
- Working with shopping mall administrations, partners, contractors
- Understanding of the principles of launching, controlling, and evaluating the results of targeted advertising is welcome
💡 Requirements:
Experience in marketing from 1 year
Understanding of fashion retail
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets, basic CRM systems, 1C
Understanding of the principles of targeted advertising (launch, control, analytics)
Ability to work with deadlines
