Marketing Specialist

Right now we are looking for a Marketer who is not afraid of responsibility, loves order in processes, and can manage marketing in such a way that “the green burns” for the growth of clients and our team.
Who we are looking for:
- A marketer with 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or marketing agencies.
- A specialist who has real cases of managing large-scale projects.
- A person who understands analytics but does not perform technical setup independently.
- With experience in simultaneously managing 10-15 projects and understanding clients' business processes.
Your main tasks:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the agency and clients.
- Control the execution of marketing KPIs and respond promptly to changes.
- Determine priorities, make decisions regarding marketing campaigns.
- Document changes in strategies and sync them with the team.
- Interact with PM, specialists, outsourcing teams, and partners.
- Conduct calls with clients together with PM: agree on changes, solve problems, defend the agency's position.
- Hold daily discussions on projects together with the project PM, coordinate tasks and priorities.
- Approve key marketing materials: creatives, texts, offers, advertising materials.
- Analyze target audience, LTV, unit economics, and provide recommendations.
- Control reporting, media plans, statistics, and analytics.
What we expect from you:
- Deep understanding of strategic marketing and digital tools (PPC, SEO, targeting, email).
- Ability to calculate key metrics: LTV, ROI, ROMI.
- Experience in analyzing sales funnels and optimizing them.
- Ability to evaluate and adjust content: texts, offers, creatives.
- Effective interaction with the team and clients.
- Management of multiple projects.
- Quick decision-making in dynamic conditions.
- Ability to argue and defend a position.
