I work at the intersection of psychology, deep transformations, and sacred and energy practices.
About the project
The project has been running for several years.
I work online and mainly conduct author programs lasting 1.5–2 months.
The format is intimate: groups of 7–12 people, repeat purchases of other courses 70-80%
The products are in demand, and there are sales.
But growth is still happening without a clear marketing architecture and systematic funnels.
Current traffic sources
• Facebook — the main sales and communication channel
• YouTube — brings in subscribers with regular video releases
• Instagram — auxiliary channel (mainly content duplication)
What is currently available
Systematic approach:
• there is no stable system for attracting new clients
• there are no established sales funnels
• income directly depends on my personal involvement and launches
Technical base:
• GetResponse
• a website with an integrated online school and personal accounts
• communication via email and Telegram
• active personal page on Facebook
• the online school is fully ready for scaling
Key difficulty (honestly)
I keep returning to where my strength lies —
to working with people, depth, live contact, and creating transformational programs.
However, the systematic building of traffic, free products, low-cost products, and sales funnels is constantly postponed, interrupted, and remains unfinished.
Point B — where I am heading
I want to transition to a conscious, sustainable system,
that supports the project and provides space for expansion — without burnout and chaos.
My goals:
• build a stable system for attracting new clients
• create sales funnels
• transition from one-time, chaotic launches to predictable growth
• increase sales by 100–150% in the coming months
Who I am looking for
I am looking for a sales marketer,
who knows how to work with experts in soft niches of online education,
understands the value of meaning, trust, and ethical sales
and is capable of translating a live, deep project into a system.
