Mastering audio track for advertising

We are creating an advertisement for a website.
The advertisement will be in the form of an animated video (cartoon) lasting approximately 25 seconds and will primarily be used on social media, for example, Instagram (reels).
According to the script, we have one character on screen and two off-screen.
At the moment, we have the voice of each character in mp3 format, and a rough version where all the voices are edited according to the script
Dialogues are in Polish. Example voices are in the files
What the task involves
It is necessary to create the final version of the audio track, which the animators will work with, where all the voices will be arranged according to the script. It may be necessary to balance the voices.
It is important to ensure that the timing allows for drawing over the audio track later. That is, everything should not change too quickly, as this affects how long we see the animation on the screen - otherwise, the animation may be unclear. At the same time, the dynamics of the dialogues need to be preserved.
Additionally, besides the characters' voices, it is necessary to find and add background music and sound effects.
