Media buyer\Traffic manager
Employment: Full‑time / Part‑time (open to discussing format), remote
Project in the iGaming niche. We work quickly, actively scale, and constantly seek new methods for growth.
We are expanding our presence in alternative traffic sources and looking for a Media Buyer / AdOps who will take on the full cycle of work with advertising networks (similar to PropellerAds): from monitoring and supporting current campaigns to scaling, optimizing, and finding new growth opportunities.
📌 Responsibilities
Support advertising campaigns in networks (Pops, Native, Display, Video), optimize bids, placements, and audiences.
Respond promptly to issues, interact with advertising network support regarding moderation, rejected campaigns, and account recovery.
Monitor metrics, identify deviations, and find solutions for stable operation.
Control expenses by teams (FCP) and ensure uninterrupted campaign operation.
Search for new sources, formats, and approaches to monetization.
Manage the procurement cycle: testing, analysis, optimization, and scaling of campaigns, working with trackers and analytics systems.
Formulate requirements for analytics and process automation, interact with the technical team.
Collaborate with Team Leads and PM to achieve common goals.
✅ Our expectations from the candidate
Practical experience in traffic procurement through advertising networks (similar to PropellerAds, Kadam, ExoClick) of at least 0.5 years.
Understanding the principles of procurement, optimization, and scaling of traffic; experience with various advertising formats will be an advantage.
Data-driven approach and ability to make decisions based on data and key metrics (CPA, CTR, ROI, CR).
High level of self-organization and responsibility: ability to independently control a large number of campaigns and budgets, respond quickly to deviations, and ensure stable operation of traffic sources.
Experience interacting with technical specialists and setting tasks for automation will be an advantage.
Understanding the specifics of the iGaming / Gambling vertical will be an advantage.
Knowledge of the mechanics of anti-fraud systems of advertising networks and blocking principles will be an advantage.
Experience with trackers and analytics systems (Keitaro, Voluum) will be an advantage.
