Call Manager (English Language)
We are looking for a manager for phone communication with clients from the USA.
Responsibilities:
• receiving and processing incoming calls;
• communicating with clients in English;
• recording requests and passing on information;
• working with ready requests without cold sales.
Requirements:
• clear pronunciation and correct speech in English;
• attention to detail;
• punctuality and responsibility;
• confident use of phone and messengers;
• preference is given to candidates with experience in call centers abroad.
