Partnership Manager
Role Meta:
Launching and managing cross-marketing collaborations between brands, experts, and companies. Your task is to find partners, negotiate mutually beneficial integrations, and create win-win projects that bring sales, leads, and recognition to both parties.
🔥 Key Tasks:
Searching for potential partners (brands, experts, companies, online projects)
Initiating and conducting negotiations to a specific agreement
Creating joint offers, promotions, webinars, products, collaborations
Agreeing on terms: lead exchange, joint advertising, profit, CPA/RevShare
Coordinating the execution of agreements, controlling deadlines and results
Forming a partner database in CRM
Reporting on KPI: number of collaborations, engaged partners, results on leads/profitability
💡 Requirements:
Experience in sales/marketing/partnerships for at least 1 year
Understanding of cross-marketing, B2B communications, and win-win approach
Ability to present, negotiate, and close deals
High EQ and systemic thinking
Independence, effectiveness, proactivity
🧭 Will be a plus:
Contacts or network in marketing, events, info business, e-commerce
Experience working with CRM, Telegram, Notion, Trello
Experience in creating collaborations/partner launches

Payment: fixed + % from each collaboration/agreement
