It is important to be able to respond quickly to inquiries, write clearly, and maintain a high level of service.
Responsibilities include:
- processing incoming orders
- responding to customers in chats and messengers
- adding and editing products
- monitoring stock levels and order statuses
Experience with marketplaces or CRM systems will be a plus.
