Support manager in an online service for streaming models

📍 The job is fully remote |

We are looking for a support manager to join our international agency team.

✨ What you will do:

• Online support for models (chat, consultations, help with issues)

• Remote connection and technical assistance, knowledge of OBS is a plus

• Registration of models on platforms and profile setup

• Launching in the first online and on new sites

• Maintaining spreadsheets and studio documentation

📌 Requirements:

• Proficient computer skills

• Understanding of working with OBS

• Technical skills

• Knowledge of Ukrainian and Russian languages (English is a plus)

• Communication skills and attention to detail

📅 Schedule: 3/3 from 10:00 to 22:00 (Kyiv time)

⏳ Internship: 1 week (we provide training on everything necessary)

💰 Salary:

• First month — rate $400

• After that — $32 -35 per shift

• There are bonuses and the possibility of increasing the rate for additional tasks (instructions, presentations, conducting chats, etc.).
