Lead Generation / Sales Manager

In connection with the expansion of the team, we are looking for a new employee.

We are a dynamically developing European company in the field of creative production. We are currently entering new markets and looking for an energetic Lead Generation / Sales Manager who will become an important part of our team.

The job is not complicated, but it is responsible.

✅ What we expect:

◽️ Experience in sales, lead generation, or working with clients (from 1 year — a plus, but we will also consider promising newcomers)

◽️ Basic SMM skills: understanding of social networks and the ability to communicate on Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, and other platforms

◽️ Competent oral and written speech, ability to persuade and build trusting relationships (knowledge of English or other languages will be a plus)

◽️ Skills in cold and warm outreach: mailings, calls, messengers

◽️ Confident PC user: Google Docs/Sheets, CRM, messengers

◽️ Experience working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Apollo, Jasper AI, Google AI Studio, etc.) for task automation

◽️ Self-organization, responsibility, and result orientation

◽️ Understanding of the sales funnel and basic metrics

◽️ Willingness to learn and develop

◽️ Age up to 30 years (preferably)
