Amazon Account Manager
We are looking for a systematic and proactive manager who will take on the operational management of the account and scaling of sales.
What we expect from the candidate (Requirements):
- Experience: At least 2 years of successful work with Amazon Marketplace (USA/EU).
- Technical background: Deep understanding of A9 algorithms, experience with PPC (setup, ACoS/TACoS optimization) and SEO.
- Analytics: Ability to work with large data sets. Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is your main tool.
- Software: Proficient in Helium 10, Jungle Scout, knowledge of all sections of Seller Central.
- Logistics: Clear understanding of FBA/FBM processes, knowledge of packaging, labeling, and shipment creation rules.
- English language: Upper-Intermediate level and above (fluent correspondence with support and working with content).
- Strong analytical skills, understanding of unit economics.
Your key tasks:
- Full Account Management: Full cycle of account management – from creating listings to inventory control.
- Growth & SEO: Registering new products, optimizing titles, bullets, and descriptions to increase conversion.
- Advertising: Managing advertising campaigns. Your goal is to maintain target margin metrics while increasing sales.
- Data-Driven Analytics: Daily monitoring of positions, prices, and competitors. Profitability analysis and purchase forecasting.
- Quality Control: Monitoring reviews, handling negativity, maintaining high Account Health.
- Reporting: Preparing regular reports on sales, expenses, and profits for management.
- Analyzing reviews, managing brand reputation, participating in resolving listing issues (suppression, IP claims).
