The ideal candidate for this position will be a person who has: Relevant experience as a Partner Manager / Project Manager / Business Development Manager / Sales Manager; Ability to search for partners, negotiate, manage agreements, build long-term partnerships; Developed organizational skills; Well-developed skills in creating and conducting presentations; Fluent in Ukrainian; English language proficiency for oral and written communication; Ability to write logical and grammatically correct letters. Key tasks in this position: Search for new partners; Establishing contacts with new partners; Developing relationships with partners and involving them in new cooperation; Attracting new contributions from individuals, donors, grantors, and businesses; Development and organization of cross-functional and special projects; Organization and maintenance of a database of corporate partners; Communication with current partners of the organization; Support for current partnership projects: correspondence, contracts, reports.
