Sales Manager (LinkedIn, B2B, Consulting, Remote)
UBF Consulting — experts in business systematization, CRM implementation, and building managed companies. We work with small and medium businesses, service companies, manufacturing, and more.
We are looking for a sales manager who can sell intellectual services and work on LinkedIn through a DM funnel.
Tasks
Lead generation on LinkedIn and working with profiles
Conducting dialogues in DM, warming up potential clients
Scheduling diagnostic consultations
Closing sales for the product Audit & Roadmap
Handling objections
Maintaining CRM / spreadsheets / KPI reporting
Requirements
Experience in B2B sales or intellectual services
Experience in DM sales and LinkedIn — will be an advantage
Proficient written communication
Able to conduct persuasive dialogue without pressure
Responsibility and results-oriented
Conditions
Remote, flexible schedule
Payment: Fixed + % or only %
% from the deal: 10–15%
Average plan: 5–7 sales per month
Possible trial period without a fixed salary (20–25% from each sale)
