About us
We are an e-commerce project working with Instagram stores and online sales. We sell physical goods, operate systematically, with CRM and scripts. We are currently expanding our team and looking for a sales manager who will communicate with clients on Instagram and lead inquiries to purchase.
Responsibilities:
Processing incoming inquiries in Instagram Direct
Consulting clients about products (no cold sales)
Closing clients on purchases
Placing orders and transferring them to the CRM system
Maintaining simple reporting on inquiries
Requirements:
Proficient written Ukrainian
Ability to communicate politely and persuasively with people
Basic understanding of sales or willingness to learn
Responsibility, attentiveness, discipline
Will be an advantage:
Experience working with Instagram stores
Experience in sales via Direct or messengers
