Sales Manager / Call Center Operator (Remote) for Order Processing (LP-CRM)

Need 1–2 operators for remote processing of incoming requests from the landing page.

Product: Spalsadz (cleaning agent for boilers and chimneys).

The job does not involve cold calls, only:

• calling requests

• confirming orders

• entering data into LP-CRM

🔧 Responsibilities

• Call the client within 5–15 minutes after the request

• Confirm the order

• Correctly fill out the order in LP-CRM

• Answer basic client questions

• Order statuses (accepted / rejected / call back)

📞 Work format

• Remote

• Schedule: flexible (to be discussed)

• Calls via SIP / phone (can be from a personal number or IP-telephony)

💬 Requirements

• Experience as an operator or sales manager is preferred.

• Clear Ukrainian (Russian if needed) language

• Ability to work with LP-CRM

• Responsibility, no “disappeared/not responding”
