Your responsibilities will include:
- Content transformation and publishing:
- Working with various forms of raw content provided by me – these can be news articles from other publications, my own created content (for example, videos on YouTube), customer reviews, or industry updates (such as mortgage rates) – and transforming this information into visually appealing and engaging social media posts.
- Developing eye-catching covers and graphics for these posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Google Business Profile) that match my brand style.
- Creating compelling captions (or adapting provided text), tailored to each platform.
- Planning and publishing 2-3 high-quality posts per week across all designated platforms.
- Content promotion, audience growth, and lead generation:
- Proactively sharing and promoting these posts in relevant groups, communities, and forums on Facebook and LinkedIn to significantly expand reach and grow engaged audience.
- Strategic work to convert this growing audience into potential clients (leads) for my business.
- Identifying potential followers, industry influencers, and engaging with relevant accounts to build community and stimulate interest.
- Video repurposing for engagement:
- Skillfully editing existing video content from YouTube (and potentially other raw video material) into engaging short videos/reels suitable for Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels/Video, and LinkedIn Video, aimed at attracting attention and encouraging interaction.
- Platform management and optimization:
- Ensuring consistent duplication, adaptation, and optimization of content for maximum effect on X and Google Business Profile.

- Proven experience: Demonstrated experience working as a social media manager, with a portfolio showcasing successful projects, especially in:
- Transforming diverse raw content into engaging social media material.
- Promoting content and significantly growing the audience.
- Strategies that contributed to lead generation.
- Video repurposing and editing for social media.
- Creativity in content and design skills: Strong ability not just to post but to create – take raw information and transform it into beautiful, compelling posts. Proficiency with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is mandatory.
- Lead generation focus: Understanding how to use social media not only for presence but as a tool to attract and nurture potential clients for the business.
- Self-sufficiency and proactivity: Ability to take initiative, understand core goals, manage time effectively, and work independently to achieve set tasks, especially in growing the audience and generating leads.
- Video editing skills: Experience editing video content into engaging short clips (reels), optimized for social media platforms.
- Platform knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook (including groups), LinkedIn (including groups), X, and Google Business Profile, their best practices, especially for business growth.
- Excellent communication skills: Clear and timely communication regarding progress, ideas, and any difficulties.
- Growth-oriented mindset: Willingness to experiment with strategies to increase engagement, audience size, and ultimately lead conversions.
Workload and compensation:
- Volume: Approximately 2-3 posts per week, including image design, promotion, and video repurposing as needed.
- Salary: $120 USD every two weeks.
