Telegram Channel Manager (management and development)

🎯 Goal:

Management and development of a Telegram channel from scratch — design, publications, subscriber growth, and collaborations with other channels.

🛠 Responsibilities:

• Development of a content plan (mixes of posts: info, entertainment, offers)

• Daily posting (1–2 publications per day)

• Copywriting + visuals (or coordination with a designer)

• Maintaining activity in comments/chat

• Monitoring metrics: engagement, reach, reactions

• Proposing ideas for engagement: polls, giveaways, interactive content

• Collaboration with partner channels (mutual promotion, ad purchases)

• Competitor and trend analysis

📌 Requirements:

• Experience in managing Telegram channels — mandatory with case studies

• Understanding of the target audience, ability to write lively, without formality

• Skills in editors (Canva, Figma)

• Knowledge of analytics: Telemetr, TGStat

• Responsibility, initiative, independence

⏳ Employment:

• 1–2 hours per day

• Flexible schedule, independence and proactivity are important
