ESL Methodologist / Developer of Interactive English Lessons for Children

We are looking for a creative and systematic methodologist to develop the curriculum for an online English language school. We already have a ready interactive platform — you need to fill it with quality, structured, and engaging content.

Main task: Development of scenarios and filling interactive lessons for the following age groups and levels:

1. Primary (7–9 years): Levels A1–A2 (gamification, dialogues, basic writing).

2. Pre-teen (10–12 years): Levels A2–B1 (contextual grammar, reading, projects).

3. Teen (13–17 years): Levels B1–C1 (debates, exam preparation, trending topics).

4. Young Adults (17–20 years): Levels B2–C1+ (Business English, ESP).

Your responsibilities:

• Creating step-by-step lesson plans according to the PPP or TBL methodology.

• Developing interactive exercises on our platform (Drag-and-drop, quizzes, video tasks).

• Selecting relevant media content (videos, audio, authentic texts).

• Creating tests to assess knowledge after each module.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience in teaching or course development of at least 2 years.

• Knowledge of the learning psychology of different age groups (from 7 to 20 years).

• Proficiency in English at least at C1 (Advanced) level.

• Ability to work with LMS systems and interactive boards (Miro, Genially, Wordwall, etc.).

• Creativity: we do not create boring lessons based on textbooks from the 2000s; we need content about AI, Crypto, TikTok, and real life.
