We are looking for a traffic manager

Requirements:

• Experience specifically in promoting services (not products), successful cases of collaboration with consulting companies (will be an advantage) — with result-oriented launch and management of search traffic for at least one year.
• Practical experience working with Google Ads (Search Ads, Display Ads, Apps Ads, Video Ads) and Facebook Ads (conversions, lead formats, catalog, messages, reach);
• Skills in working with Google Tag Manager (setting up remarketing tags, setting up clicks on buttons) and Meta Ads Pixel (setting up events, creating audiences);
• Ability to work with reports in Google Analytics, analyze and interpret data;
• Experience collaborating with designers and copywriters to create new landing pages, banners, and other advertising materials;
• Developed communication skills for effective interaction with the team and clients;
• Discipline and responsibility in task execution;
• Support of corporate culture and teamwork. 

What needs to be done:

• Setting up and managing advertising campaigns (AC) for the website on Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms;
• Testing new creatives, connection options, and audiences to improve campaign effectiveness;
• Creating and implementing media plans to achieve marketing goals;
• Monitoring the effectiveness of launched ACs: regular analysis of results, optimization, scaling campaigns;
• Audience targeting
• Finding new channels to attract traffic and testing non-standard creatives;
• Detailed analysis of campaign results, preparing analytical reports and recommendations for improvement;
• Preparing analytical reports for internal company needs.
