56 USD I am looking for a system administrator or DevOps to fully migrate from a server on CentOS 7 to a new server with AlmaLinux. It is necessary:
🔧 What needs to be done:
- Prepare the new server (AlmaLinux):
- Install and configure the latest stable version of AlmaLinux
- Set up basic security (SSH, firewall, fail2ban)
- Install LAMP or LEMP stack (depending on current configuration)
- Configure PHP , MySQL/MariaDB
- Install and configure SSL certificates (Let’s Encrypt)
- Install and configure mail server (if used)
- Install server management panel (choose one):
- Suggest installing one of the free panels:
HestiaCP, CyberPanel, aaPanel, Webmin, or another recommended by the executor - Configure the panel for working with domains, databases, mail, SSL, backups, Cron, FTP, and others
- Suggest installing one of the free panels:
- Complete server optimization:
- PHP-FPM, Opcache, caches (Redis or Memcached), and others
- Configure swap, resource limits, logging
- Migration from CentOS 7:
- Transfer all websites, including one Bitrix site and several other applications
- Transfer all databases
- Transfer or reinstall antivirus protection: (currently Imunify is installed)
- Transfer all vhost configurations, crontab, users
- Preserve access rights structure
- Check and configure SSL, mail, redirects
- If needed, adapt to new PHP / MariaDB versions
- Testing:
- Test all websites, PHP, databases, mail
- Check logs for errors
- Check for 404, 500, and other errors
