for the full booking flow setup replacing zocdoc, the practical estimate is 900 usd and 10 working days for audit, new flow structure, desktop and mobile designs, visual system, and implementation support if the current site stays on wordpress.

i checked the current site - appointments now leave the site through bookmydentistnow.com, and the main risk is losing patients at the external scheduling step.

i would approach it as a patient journey first - emergency, cosmetic, general care, returning patient, insurance, preferred time, then the interface and responsive screens.

after that we can add light ai automation - intake summaries, lead scoring by request type, and reminders for missed booking steps.
