I read the technical specification — the task is clear, the approach is correct. We will do exactly as you described: I won't touch the desktop at all, on the mobile breakpoint I will hide the desktop blocks using display:none and assemble separate mobile blocks (Hero poster, target audience tiles, text, list of services). This way, the desktop will remain unchanged.

A few points that I will consider right away (I see you didn't write them for nothing): I will take the existing theme breakpoint (≤768px), not a new one, to avoid gaps; I will make the mobile blocks with inline styles, because WPBakery cuts CSS otherwise; I will hide the duplicate desktop CTAs (6 "Discuss your situation" cards) on mobile, as their role is taken by the target audience tiles in the Hero.

I will assemble the Hero according to the structure — a gold strip with a phone, logo, burger, poster with a gradient transition to #3a2a22, text in the required fonts (Cormorant Garamond + EB Garamond Italic, colors #c9a37a / #f0e6db). The target audience tiles will be a 2×2 grid with a gold frame, each clickable to its own page. The "Other services" list will be simple links. I will keep the Get in touch form. The poster will be made in WebP with a fallback, ~800px up to 150 KB, with a darkening for readability.

You will need to provide the assets mentioned in the technical specification: logo, single-line icons for the tiles, and photo poster. Plus access to WordPress.

Separately: I have already cross-checked the specifications with the live site. The footer has already been updated (2007-2026, in Europe, without "in Ukraine") — so Block 5 does not need to be done, I will not count any extras. The logo, Cormorant font, and corresponding photos are already on the site — I will use the existing ones. I will only need the icons for the 4 tiles (from the designer) and the final text for the "About Us" block.
