I am looking for a creative specialist to create 3D models of products for children. The niche of the products is STEM.
STEM - an abbreviation for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. These are products created as gifts and designed to practically teach children various scientific concepts in a playful manner.
The products are intended for children 9-14 years old. The final product is a set of parts that is assembled like a constructor. When assembled, the product practically demonstrates one or several physical concepts. For example, how electromagnets work, how electric motors work, transmitting electricity wirelessly, and so on. Many such mini-products are planned, each of which demonstrates one or several concepts.
The products are created from scratch, so there are likely no samples to follow, or they will only vaguely resemble what we are doing. The main task is to create an unusual, distinctive, beautiful design (3D model) based on the description and requirements.
Having an engineering background is not necessary, but if you have one, it's a plus. It's also a plus if you understand electronics. If not, it's not a problem, as collaboration with an engineer who will be responsible for the technical part is possible. Additionally, the concept/device of each product is quite simple and can be understood by reading some articles or watching videos.
