A modular 3D model in Inventor of an eccentric clamping mechanism is needed, which will clamp the workpiece for milling a transverse groove. A sample is attached. If possible, make the 3D model slightly different; it should differ from the sample (in shape, design). Description of the working principle of the sample:
To process the transverse groove of workpiece 1, it needs to be placed on plate 2 in the clamping prism 3 (see Fig. 4.2). The prism itself is placed in the groove and is fixed to the table with screw 4. Using lever 7, we rotate the eccentric 5 clockwise, which moves the clamping prism 6 that clamps the workpiece in the device. The clamping prism 6 is fixed with screw 13 and can move along groove 14 (see Fig. 4.3). The eccentric rotates around shaft 11, and the torque from the eccentric is transmitted to the shaft via key 12. Lever 7 has a thread on one side, which is used to attach it to the eccentric 5. On both ends of the eccentric, a groove 10 is made at a certain angle along which pins 9, pressed into the clamping prism 6, move. This is necessary to release the clamping mechanism. The device itself is fixed to the machine using clamps 8, which are pressed down by screws 15.
