List of drawings – floor plans, sections, drawings of four facades in color, roof plan. The term is individually from 30 days. The cost of development starts from $5/m2 (from 250 hryvnias/m2) of the total area of the premises for the specified set of drawings, finalized after discussion. The plan and sections (!) will take into account the technology for the arrangement of enclosing structures of walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs. If these drawings are done well, then the structural engineer will be able to create the section of building structures and material specifications for you. And you won’t be asked what, where, how, what size, what thickness, and height. At this stage, it is important to consider the requirements of building energy efficiency standards, correct planning solutions, the location of the house on the plot considering urban planning restrictions, and geology. Otherwise, all subsequent sections will also be incorrect, and you will have to redo them or build incorrectly because redoing is expensive, and the money has already been paid once.

For design, you need: existing drawings, topographic survey 1:500 with networks and restrictions; results of geological surveys (geology, soils), cadastral number of the plot, extract from the cadastre, extract from the register, Google location; references to projects that you liked in terms of appearance and style and planning; technological sections with dimensions of enclosing structures that you plan to use in construction; family composition, occupation, and preferences of each if this is an individual project; if this is a typical project for construction for sale/custom order, then write; other requirements.

I wrote such a list of input data because I know what the quality of projects can be, what and how is currently "approved" and what quality it is. So that later you or someone from your acquaintances or the client does not talk about incompetent designers who design without input data.
