1. Ability to add IP addresses of the equipment and its addresses
2. Configuration of request intervals
3. Status of the equipment at a specific moment
The bot's task is to sequentially send requests to all IP addresses and send notifications to Telegram only about the equipment that has changed its status (i.e., was unavailable and is now responding to requests)
It can be analogous to the Svitlo bot project (https://svitlobot.in.ua/), but with the ability to add IP addresses
