Need the development of a Telegram bot that will track messages in connected channels and forward posts with specific hashtags to one thread of our chat.
Functional requirements:
The bot must be able to accept requests from channel owners for connection:
— the owner adds the bot to their channel as an administrator (with message viewing rights),
— after adding, they confirm the connection through a button in the bot,
— the administrator (me) receives a notification about the new channel and can either approve or decline the request.After approval, the channel is added to the list of monitored channels.
The bot must monitor all approved channels:
— track new messages,
— filter them by specified hashtags,
— forward suitable messages to the designated thread within our group chat.A data storage system is needed:
— list of connected channels,
— channel status (awaiting approval / active / declined),
— settings (hashtags).It is desirable to implement a basic admin menu for management:
