Project Description
Our team is developing Digital Signage software for broadcasting content on TV screens in commercial establishments (cafes, restaurants, shops, salons, hotels, etc.). In addition to advertising blocks, such screens often broadcast thematic background content — a combination of music and video footage that creates the desired atmosphere of the establishment.
Currently, we use licensed content from partners (for example, ExpertMusic — I recommend checking their collection on YouTube to understand the format), but we want to create our own library of Royalty Free content to provide to our clients without additional licensing fees.
What Needs to Be Done
Create thematic videos lasting 30–60 minutes, combining:
- selected video footage (nature, city, abstraction, interiors, etc. — depending on the theme);
- appropriate music (relax, lounge, energetic, ambient, etc.);
- smooth, consistent transitions between video clips;
- careful audio mixing without sharp volume jumps.
Sources of materials — Envato Elements (we will provide access to the subscription). If necessary, other Royalty Free libraries can also be used — we will discuss separately.
Examples of Themes (approximately):
- Calm Relaxation — nature videos + ambient music
- Dynamic City — time-lapses of the city + energetic electronic music
- Cozy Café — warm interiors + lounge / jazz
- Sea Breeze — ocean, beaches + chillout
- Winter Fairy Tale — snow, forest, bonfire + instrumental music
Collaboration Plan
- Preparation of a plan for 10–20 themes — title, short description, target audience of establishments. Can be partially generated with AI, then we will agree together.
- Test Sample — for the first agreed theme, create a short version of 10–15 minutes (selection of music + video, editing into one file, transitions). If we are satisfied with the quality — we move forward.
- Full Versions — gradually, one video at a time, we fill the library with full-length videos of 30–60 minutes.
- Long-term Work — we plan to continuously expand the library, without volume limitations.
Technical Requirements (preliminary, ready to discuss)
- Resolution: Full HD 1080p
- Format: MP4 (H.264/H.265)
- Frame Rate: 30 fps
- Audio: stereo, 44.1 or 48 kHz
- No watermarks, no logos, no text in the frame
What We Ask to Specify in the Response
- Cost of the test sample (10–15 minutes) at the beginning of the collaboration
- Estimated cost of the full video (30–60 minutes)
- Portfolio or examples of similar works (editing atmospheric video to music)
