I am looking for a video editor on a permanent basis for a new YouTube channel. The channel's theme: finance, economics, business, companies, founders' biographies. Language: English. Approach: entertaining and informative.
At this stage, the plan is to release 4 videos per month. Video duration: 10-15 minutes.
On my part, I will provide the script, voice-over in English, and the video thumbnail.
From the video editor, I expect to receive suitable video material, including b-roll, use of graphics and/or working with layers where necessary to best convey the information. This includes the ability to work with geographic maps (highlight an area on the map, outline the border, zoom in "from space"), animate data on graphs (growth/fall of indicators), highlight information from articles with color, etc.
Also, for viewer engagement, it is important to add sound effects where necessary.
The video should maintain a consistent pace, but without chaos.
Skills in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro are highly appreciated.
Experience in creating Faceless videos is highly desirable.
Depending on whether the final result is closer to basic editing (like the "Company Man" channel) or top-tier editing (like the "MagnatesMedia" channel), we will determine the level of pay with you.
Initially, I can offer payment of $10-20 per minute of finished video.
Any creative and constructive ideas regarding video creation or workflow organization are welcome.
