MIMI_UA_ — a Ukrainian brand of homewear. The main sales channel is Instagram.
We are looking for a Reels maker, not just an editor.
What is important:
Experience specifically with Reels (portfolio is mandatory)
Understanding of hooks, rhythm, attention retention
Confident editing (CapCut / Premiere / Final Cut — not critical)
Sense of trends and Instagram algorithms
Tasks:
Editing dynamic Reels with a focus on the first 2–3 seconds
Working with rhythm, subtitles, overlays
Adapting videos to Instagram algorithms
Formats: studio shoots, lifestyle, storytelling with the founder, behind-the-scenes
Work format:
~30 quality basic videos per month
From each — 2 additional variations (re-editing)
In total ≈ 90 Reels/month
Test format, with the prospect of long-term cooperation
Will be a plus:
Experience with e-commerce / Instagram stores
Ability to advise on how to shoot better, not just edit
Sense of visual and content concept
