Need a video editor for YouTube content

About the project

I create YouTube content in the following formats:
— philosophical and analytical videos
— analyses, mini-essays
— short Reels / Shorts

I need a permanent editor who will assemble videos cleanly, dynamically, and meaningfully.

What needs to be done

1. Main editing of long videos (15–20 minutes)

— cutting, leveling, removing pauses and hesitations
— meaningful jump cuts
— basic color correction
— careful sound work (noise reduction, volume, EQ)

2. Content inserts

— text highlights (quotes, theses, key thoughts)
— images / archival footage / b-roll
— light graphic highlights without excessive effects

3. Adaptation for social media

— 1–2 vertical short videos from each long one
— ability to find a strong moment and format it as a reel/short

4. Working in dialogue

— understanding rhythm and delivery
— sometimes need to suggest ideas or highlights
— it is important that the editing looks professional, but without "excessive fluff"

Important

— Knowledge of the Ukrainian language (to understand content, nuances, highlights)
— Understanding of YouTube logic: attention retention, pace, first 20 seconds, structure
— Ability to "feel" the style, not just cut the material
— Calm communication, reasonable deadlines, no drama
— Willingness to work regularly

Technical requirements

— Confident work in Adobe Premiere / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
— Working with sound: noise reduction, balance, normalization
— Render in 4K/1080p, correct presets for YouTube
— Ability to work with my raw materials (camera, microphone)
