We are looking for a person who will take on the daily creation and publication of short videos for social media. Responsibilities: Editing short videos (Reels / Shorts / TikTok)
Publishing content on schedule
Planning: at least 5 videos per day (daily)
Working with ready-made materials.
Creating variations of the same content:
different texts
different editing
different presentation
Adding descriptions and hashtags
Duplicating content on platforms:
Instagram (with auto-posting to Facebook)
TikTok (manual publication)
Important:
Content can be repeated, but it must look new
Main focus - massiveness and regularity
Video is the main format (images are allowed, but rarely) Requirements: Experience in editing short videos
Understanding dynamic content (holding attention)
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Basic understanding of Instagram and TikTok algorithms
Independence (minimal supervision)
Will be a plus:
Experience in managing accounts
Sense of trends / being well-informed
Experience with auto-posting
Work format: Remote
Long-term collaboration
