I am developing a sports blog and opening a gym.
There is a lot of content, work every day. I need a person who will strengthen, not slow down.
🔥 Task:
Editing short videos:
— 15–30 seconds (sometimes up to 60)
— YouTube Shorts / TikTok / Instagram Reels
— dynamic, engaging, without “water”
⚡ What is important:
I do not need “just editing”
I need a person who:
— feels the rhythm
— understands where retention is, where it fails
— can do:
- subtitles (live, not boring)
- zooms, accents, transitions
- dynamic pace
— makes it so that the video is watched to the end
❌ IMMEDIATELY PASS:
— “finished courses 1–2 months ago and already a video editor”
— slow, does not feel the dynamics
— does “like everyone else”
— sends template portfolios without meaning

Format:
— payment per video
— payment per video + bonuses for results (if the videos perform well)
