Who we are looking for:

Motion designer / Creative designer who can create both static and video creatives for performance marketing (Meta, TikTok). Experience with AI generations is mandatory. Experience in b2b saas or mobile app niches (health & fitness, self-improvement, fintech, entertainment) will be a plus.

Mandatory skills:

AI image generation (Flux, Midjourney, Freepik/Magnific, Leonardo, others)
AI video generation (Kling, Runway, Hailuо, others)
After Effects or Premiere for final assembly

Working with formats 9:16 and 1:1
Experience with Figma
English language at the level of reading briefs and writing prompts

11Labs or analogs for voiceover and lip-sync
Prompting through JSON structures
Understanding safe zones for different platforms

Conditions:

Format: project work/freelance, payment per pack of creatives (not hourly)
Volume: 2-5 packs per week at the start, then based on results
1 pack = 3-5 creatives (mix of static + video)
Payment: negotiable after the test task. Guideline $5-20 per creative depending on complexity.
Work through the AdFactory platform (we will provide access and training)
