Forming a team of developers (Python, Telegram, automation, landing pages) for ongoing projects



I am a developer who is assembling a team for greater market reach. I take on the search for orders, negotiations, and project control, but I want to do more - that’s why I am gathering a team of people who are interested in growth and new challenges.



How it works:

 • I find a project, agree on requirements and budget with the client.

 • You receive a clear technical task, without “fluff” and endless revisions.

 • Payment is piecework: after receiving money from the client - I immediately transfer your share.

 • Tasks vary in level - from simple scripts and bots to integrations with APIs and automation of business processes.



What I am looking for in people:

 • Experience in Python (from a confident junior with real projects to mid-level+).

 • Telegram API, parsing, automation, web frameworks (Flask/FastAPI/Django) - at least part of this.

 • Responsibility, ability to work under tight deadlines, respect for deadlines.
